ACCESS TO MUSIC

 The main goal of our Access to Music program is to create an encouraging and welcoming atmosphere where music and the arts can become more of a natural and organic part of everyday life. To accomplish this, we establish long-term relationships with communities in New York City in the form of residency partnerships, targeting adults and seniors.   Our Phoenix Ensemble musicians, over a period of years, become the community’s ambassadors for the arts, their go-to arts staff, there to introduce, encourage, inspire, decode, and make accessible the many treasures and benefits that music and the arts can offer.
